My dad died recently and I couldn't imagine anyone better than Erich and his team to reach out to. They immediately took everything in hand, with such kindness and decency. When I spoke to Erich on the phone and said I don't know what to do next, and he calmly replied "you just follow my lead", and that's all we had to do. I never knew exactly what undertakers did until my dad died recently and I met Erich and his team. Erich was calm, compassionate and so helpful. He was amazing. The whole experience was seamless and we didn't have to worry about anything. Falconers treated my dad with such dignity and respect and we appreciated their kindness and professionalism. We used falconer undertaker for the funeral of our Mother. Eric and his team were supportive, professional and empathetic at all times.  No request was any trouble. Eric was at the end of the phone anytime we needed him. Eric supported our family the whole way through the funeral process. We appreciate Eric and the team for making such a stressful time that little bit easier. I would highly recommend Eric and his team. I cannot recommend Erich and the team at Falconers highly enough. We lost my dad recently, very suddenly. What was a very stressful time was made that bit easier by dealing with such  professional and kind people. We were always treated with dignity and respect and  Erich and the team went above and beyond for us. We used James Falconer Undertaker for the funeral of our beloved husband,father,grandfather John McNeil. Eric and Michelle where so professional from the day they came to the house until the burial. Erich and all the people at falconers were fabulous for my Dad's funeral. They made the most difficult situation a lot easier and I would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.
